Commentary
When any person of
understanding thinks about the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the
system of rising the sun in the east (the day) and its setting in the west (the
night), then he has to believe that an Omnipotent exists Who created the entire
existing things. There is no such thing, which may dare before Him (the
Creator) to strike out from its circle. Such people, who meditate, bear Allah
Almighty in their minds morning and evening in each condition, and they do not
be careless from remembering recital of His Praise and Names.
The people who think
deeply; say after remembrance and close attention: “Our Lord! You have not
created worthless and without any purpose this entire world of the creatures”.
Surely, this order of strange and skillful administrations will end at any
magnificent result, as though, from here, their intellect thoughts go unto the
Day of Resurrection, which is the last natural and logical conclusion of the
present life.
We have known from these verses that thinking and
meditating about the earth and the skies, and other things created by Allah
Almighty can be advantageous and fruitful when resultantly the mankind turn
their attention towards His remembrance and the Day of Resurrection. Those
people, who incline towards material love after meditating in the
above-mentioned things, they cannot be ‘ulil-‘albaab “the men
of understanding” (wise and learned persons), whether the people of the world
consider them the great scholars of the religion. Uncountable blandishments
appear before us in our daily life; when we observe them, we are astonished and
lost in wonder. We should understand from this entire God’s Work that at last
we would have to be present in the Court of the CREATOR. Everybody should be
prepared and earn instantly, which would be useful for that ‘on the Doomsday’.
